Through Gamyam Manpower Consultancy , prospective Clients can be selected using any of the methods listed below.

Jobseeker selection and processing steps

Below is a generic description of the Selection & Mobilization process, but it may vary depending on the Position, Country, and Employer that you are selected for

CV Submission and Interview

Your resume may be shortlisted for a technical interview by the Employer, in which case our team will inform you and coordinate with you.

Selection and Job Offer

In the case of a successful interview, you will be provided with a Job Offer stating your position, salary, location, and other benefits.

Medical Test

To ensure you are physically fit for the job, you may be required to undergo a Medical Test following acceptance of the Job Offer.

Credential Verification / Certificate Attestation (Not applicable to certain divisions/departments)

Credential verification is conducted for your educational background, professional experience, and license/registration. A background check and previous employment references are also conducted to ensure the information provided by the candidate is accurate and authentic. Depending on your role, your country of employment, and your division, you may need to certify your certificates from the following Ministries:

  • Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD)
  • Ministry of External Affairs (MEA)
  • Embassy attestation (depending on the Country you are selected in).

Please note that Distance Education/ Open Schooling / Online Education obtained qualification is not accounted for. Applicants with fake/forged documents are blacklisted.

 

Visa

The Employer issues your VISA once you have completed your documentation and credential verification.

Ticketing and Emigration Formalities

After receiving your Visa, our representatives will coordinate with the employer to arrange your air ticket and immigration clearance, if necessary.

Departure Orientation

The traveling candidates must report to our Office for a Pre-Departure Orientation regarding the Rules and Regulations, Labour Laws, Social Customs, their safety, and work profile while abroad as well as firsthand information about the work environment in the County of Employment.
